About Us
Aditi Lal Studio is an independent fashion design studio based in Bengaluru, India. We sell ready-to-wear clothing and offer custom-made pieces.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt our services, post harmful content, or infringe on our intellectual property.

All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and graphics, is the property of Aditi Lal Studio and protected under Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Product Information
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours and details may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, or hand-finished elements. Slight irregularities in block prints, embroidery, or other handwork are part of the craftsmanship and not considered defects.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

For custom orders, a 50% advance is required to begin production. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery.

Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.

Custom Orders
Custom pieces are made specifically for you and follow a separate process. Please review our Custom Process page for details. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.

Limitation of Liability
Aditi Lal Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
