SHIPPING POLICY

 

Processing Time

All ready-to-wear orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Custom orders are made to order and timelines will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

 

Delivery

We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Standard delivery takes 4 to 7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is Rs. 150 within India. Orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for free shipping.

 

Custom Orders

Custom pieces are shipped after final approval from the client. Timelines vary based on complexity and will be agreed upon before work begins. Please plan accordingly for events and weddings.

 

Service Area

We ship within India only.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also reach out to us anytime on WhatsApp for updates.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments
