RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, here's how it works.
Ready-to-Wear Returns
Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@aditilalstudio.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 99005 48960 with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
Custom Orders
Custom pieces are made to order specifically for you. Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
If there is a genuine fitting issue with a custom piece upon delivery, please reach out within 3 days and we will work with you to make alterations wherever possible.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged piece, please email hello@aditilalstudio.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
Refunds
For eligible returns, refunds will be issued as store credit valid for 12 months. Cash refunds are not provided.
